There is no charge for TV productions for TV stations that have a deal with GEMA (ARD, ZDF, SAT1, RTL, etc.) for broadcast in the EU. You are required to report usage to GEMA. The same rules apply when it comes to using our music in Switzerland (SUISA) and Austria (AKM & AUME).
